The Man in the Red Coat morphs into Wizard Toastmaster
Why am I not just “The Man in the Red Coat”?
Coming from an arts and industry background in customer service, gives me a distinct advantage over most of my peers when it comes to being able to adapt, not just to my surroundings, but also the increasingly varied demands of my clients.
I am rare as a toastmaster / facilitator in that I am able to morph from one role to another with ease. Additionally, because of my ability to mimic many different voices, not only can I change how I sound, but also I am happy to have my appearance adapted as well.
Therefore, if you are planning an event that is themed or it is not considered appropriate that the man in charge is dressed in a red tailcoat, then look no further than The Man in the Red Coat. Themed evenings are better managed by a facilitator that matches your theme. Therefore as an example if you are holding a corporate event at Universal Studios’ World of Harry Potter, then who better to facilitate the evening than the headmaster Albus Dumbledore? Or if you are holding a James Bond themed event, then who would be better than M or Q to run the proceedings? Or even if you were to hold a Beauty and the Beast Party, then of course it could only be held by “Lumiere”.
The Man in the Red Coat becomes The Man in the White Coat as a new products trainer.
The fact the dress changes, does not change how professionally an event is run. It does however, give your event that special lift and surprise that your guests, delegates or employees won’t expect, and will raise it to another level.
Additionally I work as a trainer, in customer service, presentation skills and new products, as well as an interviewer, a voice artist and regularly as “voice of god” at large events. In each case the Red Coat is not appropriate, so if you wish to find out more about these services please visit either HaslerHill Consulting or James Hasler Voice for more information.
Not just The Man in the Red Coat but interviewer and conference host.
